Why One Crew Handling the Rentals Changes the Wedding
One truck, one crew, one person to email at eleven at night
Subcontracted rentals arrive on a different truck at a different time with a different person to blame. Ours come off the same truck as the bouquets, set by the crew that's building the arch, and the timeline holds because there's only one of it. When a table gets added on Friday night, the extra candelabra is already in the van. When the venue moves the load-in window, one phone call moves everything. It's a boring advantage on paper and the biggest one in practice, and it's why planners across Scarsdale and Bronxville keep our number.
Rent it with the flowers or without them
Most couples rent as part of their wedding reception décor or wedding ceremony décor, and the candelabras, stands and arches are simply lines in the same proposal. But planners rent from us on their own, and so do couples working with another florist. The candle wall goes out more weekends than not. If you only need the frame, the chairs or the candelabras, that's a real order and it gets the same delivery, setup and strike as a full wedding.
Delivery, setup and the midnight strike
Rentals are delivered in the same install window as the flowers, set exactly where the floor plan says, and struck at the end of the night by our crew. Guests take the flowers home; the vases, candles and hardware come back with us. Before the wedding we confirm with the venue what can touch the floors and the walls, whether candles can be lit, and what time the room has to be empty, because a ballroom in White Plains that wants everything out by twelve-thirty needs a crew that's already counted the candelabras. Larger pieces, arches and hanging frames included, are coordinated with our floral installations and flower walls team.

Can we rent décor without booking flowers?
Yes. Planners and couples working with other florists rent from us regularly. Delivery, setup and strike are included the same way.
Do you deliver and set up the rentals?
Always. Nothing is dropped at a loading dock. Our crew places every piece where the floor plan says and returns for strike.
What happens if something breaks?
A reasonable amount of candle wax and the occasional cracked votive are expected. Damage beyond normal use is covered by the rental agreement, which we go through before the wedding.
Do you rent outside Westchester?
Yes, throughout New Jersey and New York City, with travel quoted plainly on the proposal.
