Flower Walls, Backdrops & Floral Installations in Westchester, NY · Ceiling, Hanging, Staircase & Custom
Every wedding has one moment everyone photographs. Sometimes it's a flower wall at the photo spot, sometimes a chandelier of greenery over the dance floor, sometimes a staircase that guests walk down into their own entrance. We design and rig floral installations for ballrooms, tents, lofts and historic houses across Westchester, New Jersey and the city: fresh or premium silk, hung by people who've hung them before.

How Our Wedding Designers Work in Westchester, NY
- 1
Step 1 · Send the inquiry
Fill in the form or email inquiries@letsbloomflorist.com. Tell us the date, the venue, the guest count and the number you're working with. One of our lead designers will get back to you.
- 2
Step 2 · We design it, then we show you
A consultation, a deep dive into your design details, a walk-through of your venue where it helps, and a concept with palette, floor plan and stem list. When a design hangs on something a photograph won't settle, we'll mock the piece up, in our showroom or at the venue.
- 3
Step 3 · We build, install, flip and breakdown
We condition the flowers, design the arrangements, and flip the room into something that turns heads. Then we take it all down and leave behind nothing but beautiful memories.
"Where flowers bloom, so does hope."

Floral Installations Designed for the Ceiling You Actually Have
Where an installation earns its money
Over the tables it's a nice idea. Over the dance floor it's the whole room. Guests spend three hours under a hanging piece with their heads tipped back, which is more time than anyone spends looking at a ceremony arch, so if a couple wants one statement piece, the dance floor is where we point. A flower wall is the opposite tool: it photographs guests, not the couple, so it belongs at the photo booth or behind the band, not at the ceremony. And a staircase garland at an estate in Chappaqua or a mansion above the river costs a fraction of either and gets photographed by every single person walking down it.
Fresh, silk, or both
We'll be straight about silk. Premium silk flower walls hold up in a hot tent in August when fresh ones would droop by cocktail hour, they can be built days ahead, and from six feet away in a photo nobody can tell. Fresh reads better up close, smells like something, and is what most couples want at the sweetheart table and the ceremony. The honest answer for a lot of installations is both: silk in the body where it's structure, fresh at the edges and the eye line where it's texture. We'll tell you which one you're paying for.
Rigging, weight and the venue's rules
Hanging installations are the most requested thing in our inbox and the least likely to be possible, because they need something to hang from, someone allowed to rig it, and a ceiling high enough to clear the band. A greenery chandelier with water tubes and a steel ring weighs far more than it looks. So we walk the venue first, get the weight limit and the rigging rules in writing, and design to them. Ballrooms in White Plains with drop ceilings usually mean a freestanding structure instead; tents up in Armonk mean the tent company signs off. The lighting that makes a hanging piece glow at night comes from our wedding draping and lighting crew, the frames through our wedding décor rentals, and couples who want the whole room designed around one big gesture usually end up in full wedding design in Westchester.

Questions About Flower Walls & Floral Installations in Westchester
Can you hang something from our venue's ceiling?
Sometimes. It depends on rigging points, weight limits and the venue's rules, which we confirm in writing at the walk-through. If not, we build it freestanding or over the sweetheart table instead.
Do you do silk flower walls?
Yes, premium silk, fresh, or a mix, and we'll tell you honestly which reads better for your spot and your season.
How far ahead do installations need to be planned?
Two to three months minimum for anything hung, because the venue paperwork, the rigging plan and the build all take time. Flower walls and staircases are quicker.
Do you install outside Westchester?
Yes. Half of our installation portfolio is in New Jersey and Manhattan, and travel is quoted plainly.
