A cathedral ceremony and a loft reception are two different languages, and the bouquet had to speak both. We kept the palette to white and gold with black tapers for edge, draped the loft's ceiling in white so the room felt finished rather than industrial, and put tall floral clouds on gold pedestals so the tables read from across a long room. Smoked glassware and black accents kept it from turning sweet.
The seating chart at the entrance got its own white floral display, because in a loft with no foyer the chart is the first thing anyone sees.
