Color, on purpose, at ballroom scale. Pink and blue hydrangea with delphinium ran the length of a floral runner down the head table and climbed into a full installation over the gold throne chairs at the sweetheart table. Tall floral clouds in the same palette carried the rest of the room.
The uplighting was purple by the couple's choice, and it's a good example of why lighting gets designed with the flowers: we built the palette to hold under that color rather than fight it.
