Same ballroom as our first Venetian wedding, a completely different room. This couple wanted candlelight to be the design, so it was: a full amber candle wall behind the sweetheart table, pearl-draped linen in front of it, and calla lilies in glass cylinders with floating candles on every round table, so the room glowed from the tables up.
The day began at a Greek Orthodox church with white rose and baby's breath pew markers and a single altar arrangement on a marble column, and the restraint there is what made the candle wall land.
